"Unable to Load Persistence Data" - Season 2 / Season 3

After doing the Windows 11 September update 22H2 and seeing the perfomance drop in the game and went back to an old version of windows and it worked. The game's intro feels smooth as always but I keep getting this error message: Error Code 1:3300J:2102J:1004G

What platform are you on? New EA Origin

    So every time i launch the game it gives me this error code: 1:3300j:2102j:j1004g so i quit and relaunch the game and it still says error code: 1:3300j:2102j:j1004g so i thought to uninstall the game and reinstall it still says it can anyone please help me i love this game so much and i can't afford to loose alot of money
