Repair System locked on Apache even after passing the required number of kills

Summarize your bug The AH-64GX Apache Warchief still has the Repair System locked, even though I have over 200 kills and have already unlocked everything else on the chopper. I tried restarting the game, EA app, my PC, but nothing changed. I cannot use the part no matter what I try.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure whether it's reproducible on other machines but it has been like that for a few days and it's not changing.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't select the Repair System which should have been unlocked a long time ago.
What should be happening instead? Repair System should unlock when I get over 20 kills, assits, and vehicles destroyed with the Apache.
