Under investigation. Accepting as solution for visibility purposes only. Update Nov. 17, 2023: Black Screen during End of Round Some of you are currently benefiting from changes we've made for this issue with Update 6.1, but our work towards a resolution for the remaining reports continues. We're now working towards a resolution as part of Update 6.2 in early December which aims to resolve the majority of occurrences for you who are still experiencing it. Hi everyone,

If you continue to experience the "Black Screen during End of Round - Game needs to be restarted" issue (as discussed here) during Season 6, please mention/discuss it in this thread.

If you continue to experience the issue, please provide the following information:

What is the platform you're playing on?

- If this is a console, are you playing the Xbox Series X|S / PS5 version of the game, or the Xbox One | One S / PS4 version?

I didn't experience this in previous seasons, but I get black screens now during end of round in Season 6. (PC, EA App)

Got this issue too :

PC

Yes, each time i have finished a completed round

Breakthrough

Never happened before

Edit : fixed for me by turning graphics settings in LOW.

Mind numbingly infuriating to be having this issue for so long. Got it FIRST TRY after booting the game on S6, as soon as i saw the texture not being loaded i knew it wouldn't go past the loading screen.
Can't believe i paid for the season pass.

@EA_Leeuw I used to get the black screen after a round after 3-5 rounds. Now that season 6 has started, it's happened 9 times out of 10 when playing redacted. I've validated files, rebooted, updated drivers... still happens after almost every single round. It's been a bug for a long time and the last patch only made it worse.

Yes and they did it again. Played 2 rounds on PC and black screen is there again when returning to main menu. Could there be a good release once please?
I didn't have it for a long time in S5, somit seems they can fix it

I just got a black screen after my first match since the patch. I verified my files after closing my game and it reacquired 3 files but I haven't gotten back on again.
