screen freezes in menu screens
Happens after yesterday's update to Season 4 on PC. The screen freezes in different menus in the game. In all kinds of main menus and also inside a multiplayer round when selecting where to respwawn...

Am I really the only one with this problem? What about the person who clicked on "I have the same problem" - can you add something from your end?
This started happening to me too after S4 update. Im playing in windowed full screen and usually when that freeze happen i press the window button (or alt tab) and my game unfreezes. Such a weird issue.
Did you try anything else than what I already tried?
What system specs do you have?

Any software running in the background ?
Try a cleanboot to see if there is any software (overlays , 😇rgb software ect ect ect) is causing stutter issues !Cleanboot / Msconfig

Hide all Microsoft services, DISABLE (uncheck) ALL other processes, apps and services !Cleanboot is just a one time clean boot ! Next reboot all will be reset and a normal boot will be occure.
Use msconfig to disable apps permanent each for new reboot.
- In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
- On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
- Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
- Close Task Manager.
- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.Test game
