Secure boot instructions left me with an unusable computer.

1. Followed the provided instructions to enable secure boot. Checked BIOS mode was UEFI but secure boot was OFF.
2. Restart PC
3. No display out, pc restarts 10 seconds later
4. Loops with no boot screen
5. Attempt to access BIOS menu in one of the boot cycles, doesn't work
6. Reset CMOS = No Change
7. Remove GPU use iGPU, reset CMOS = No Change
8. Replace GPU, reset CMOS = No Change
9. Try all combinations of RAM, CPU, GPU, storage and display ports (resetting CMOS each time) = No Change

I am unable to access the BIOS menu as I have no display output no matter what I do. I am unable to flash my bios as my board does not support q-flash or have a flash button.

At this point I am pretty sure I am going to need to buy a new MOBO + CPU + RAM combo.
