Missiles and Throwables should still work after you been downed and not de-spawn. Do you have any video examples?
Would help a lot if you have network graph active.

/AticI do have a video recorded of throwing an incendiary and the flames just poofing afterwards. If you check my Xbox Gamer Tag, it should be uploaded. I'll make sure of that after posting this reply
No network stat overlay, but we average 54ms latency, and when something is frustrating, the first thing I do is check to see it's not because we have high ping.
In the video, I did NOT hit the person with the incendiary, so I want to make sure that when you view it, you know that I understand that I missed in this instance, but I have other non recorded instances where I DEFINITELY hit the person with a frag, or incendiary, and the animation for the flames disappears, and no damage is done.
My wife is usually coming up from behind, and has the opportunity to avenge me, and on an occasion where she is killed as well, we can see the other players health, and it will still be at 100%, indicating no damage was done.
The typical scenario would be coming up the south side of "C" on Exposure Conquest, I throw an incendiary to the hallway to block off foot trafic from that area, and we break right down the hallway to clear that room. On occasion I throw the incendiary, and before I can pull a weapon, they will kill me, I see the animation of the incendiary "pop" but if they're quick on the trigger, then can kill me and the wife at the choke point there up the side of the cliff. That's when I get a "What the hell was that?" From my wife, and we see the guy who had an incendiary to the face jas 100% health still.

Forgot the app let me do that.
I was watching the clip and noted that there is a Fortification System installed in this instance, which gives the example less validity, but The same thing happens when there are no Fortification Systems deployed.
The Incendiary still "popped" and was extinguished upon death.

Trying to attch the video, but it doesn't allow .mp4 files, and when I add to a .zip, it says that it's unsupported (but the error for mp4 being unsupported lists .zip as supported? So bug-ception)
