Trial expire but I own the game

I remember this being a problems with various titles last year - I believe you'll need to contact Microsoft support directly and have them remove your trial status on their end

What's the fix for this? Feeling ripped off right now. BOOOOOO

Which version did you buy - only the Gold and Ultimate editions or EA Play Pro have full non-trial access until the 19th.

With that said, I don't know if you needed to have preordered it before the 12th or whether buying them now is enough to bypass the trial, as well.

Summarize your bug I downloaded the free trial and liked the game so purchased it. Now there seems to be a conflict between the trial ending and starting the game. When I try to start the purchased game I get a message saying that the trial has ended and can not play the trial or the game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Download a trial to the Xbox and then download the real game. Then try starting the game.

Same here except I had pre-ordered it and downloaded the trial and now It thinks I need to buy the game

With Xbox you can buy the next gen bundle and have the pre order bonus
