Unable to connect to EA servers - Steam purchase

I can't connect to ea servers when I try play Battlefield 2042, it gives me an error code 1: 468882297O: 100J: 1004G I can't find anywhere a single person who has the same issue. Can someone help PLEASE

20 hours of "playtime" voiding my Steam refund yet I've never made it past this screen.
My internet is fine. Other games work. This is not a PEBCAC error. I don't know what to do.

On which platform are you playing the game? Is this Origin or Steam PC, PlayStation or Xbox? And if it's a console, which generation?

Are you getting a Unable to connect to EA servers in BF2042 that you bought via Steam?

@EA_Leeuw Directly from the store, but i bought it pre-launch on the 12th of November

@EA_Leeuw Yes. Thank you so much for the reply. I bought on Steam. I played the beta ok on Steam with no problems. I bought the Gold Edition on Steam because I enjoyed the game so much and wanted Early Access.

I've tried Running Steam and Origin as Administrator. Any other thoughts on what I should do?
