@AntiCheatWardHi there! I'm also having the same issue and I've ran the command and got OK as response.
I have no firewall rules that are blocking the services.

If you navigate to C:\Program Files\EA\AC on your machine, right click the file that says EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe.
Go to Properties, and in this new window, click on the Details tab.
What does it show there? A picture can suffice, or you can just list out what it's got listed for Product version, should look like a "0.0.123456" type field.

Assuming you're launching from EA app:
1. On the Battlefield 2042 game page, click Manage, then View Properties
2. In this small window, there's a text box that says "Advanced Launch options"
3. Add in the following information, without quotes:
--traceid 20240603_clownvid19
4. I'll take a look at our telemetry afterwards to see if anything comes across. I don't see anything for you in our data based on your EA account information you're posting to the forums with, so it's really odd.- 9 months ago@AntiCheatWard I don't have the View Properties option on the EA app, only Manage add-ons. I own the game on Steam.
