Unable to connect to the EA servers, Battlefield 2042

Can somebody help me I'm getting randomly disconnected after playing BF 2042 for 10 to 15 minutes, it saying thats is unable to connect to the EA servers, I verified my game files and I did everthing...

If you navigate to C:\Program Files\EA\AC on your machine, right click the file that says EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe.

Go to Properties, and in this new window, click on the Details tab.

What does it show there? A picture can suffice, or you can just list out what it's got listed for Product version, should look like a "0.0.123456" type field.

    Assuming you're launching from EA app:
    1. On the Battlefield 2042 game page, click Manage, then View Properties
    2. In this small window, there's a text box that says "Advanced Launch options"
    3. Add in the following information, without quotes:

    --traceid 20240603_clownvid19

    4. I'll take a look at our telemetry afterwards to see if anything comes across. I don't see anything for you in our data based on your EA account information you're posting to the forums with, so it's really odd.

      @AntiCheatWard I don't have the View Properties option on the EA app, only Manage add-ons. I own the game on Steam.

      @AntiCheatWard I've added the parameters to launch options on Steam, played a round and crashed. You can check it out now hopefully

        @CLOWNVID-19 Yeah I still don't see that data making it to our backend. :/

        When the game is running, can you open Task Manager, and tell me if you see EAAntiCheat.GameService is running?

        Under Services, do you see EAAntiCheat running at the same time as the game?

        It should be "stopped" when the game isn't running, and it should be
        "running" when the game is.
