Have been having this issue since 12/11 (did not have the issue during beta)First i get the "UNKNOWN ERROR // 2:2600J" message upon launch, if its related or not, i wouldnt know, repairing the game, reinstalling and updating the game did not change it.To the main issue, i hit "play" the game searches for a while, shows its found a server so its counting down, screen goes black, comes back with an revolving animation of my character then it just goes back to menu.. Input lag is so bad the game is unplayable. The worst part of the input lag is mouse movement. When I move my mouse, rather than my sights smoothly following mouse movement, the screen literally shows one mouse location first, does not track with the mouse, and then switches to the location where the mouse ends up. So, rather than smooth frames that follow mouse movement, I get a two-frame transition from starting mouse location to finishing mouse location. The view will shift from one spot to another.
In addition, firing a gun has about 1 - 2 second delay. If I push the trigger down too fast and let go, it won't even fire. And movement is horribly lagged as well.
On top of that, after following tech support's request to disable all services and programs at startup, I now receive an error code when loading the game: "Unknown error: 2:2600J." Disabling and preventing startup programs did not work, of course. I enabled the services and startup programs that my computer needs.
I have never had this problem with any other battlefield game.
Graphics are set to low, future frame rendering is off, vsync is disabled. Tried with mouse polling set to 500ms and as low as 125ms.

Mine is doing this as well, I tried all the same settings you tried and didnt have any luck. I'm hoping to find a fix. I thought it might be my Razr mouse since a lot of people having this issue seem to have Razrs but I tried some old Logitech and still no luck.

Summarize your bug When launching the game it launches in a 1280x720 window instead of full screen 3440*1440 and I get Unkown Error // 2:2600J

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Short of sending my PC to you I am not sure how you might duplicate this bug. Maybe its a ultrawide issue? I can't seem to see any other posts with the same error code
What happens when the bug occurs? it stretches the resolution (1280*720) across the screen instead of going full screen (3440*1440)
What should be happening instead? Game should launch at 3440*1440 as I have saved in my settings

Every time I launch the game it seems to forget my resolution settings. It will launch at 1280*720 in a window and then will go full screen but not resize to the proper resolution (3440*1440)
I also receive an Unknown Error // 2:2600J on launch as well

If its any consolation i seem to get the same error @ 3440*1440.
Might be as you say an ultra-wide issue. Doesn't seem to affect game play after it logs in though.

I don't know what was causing the issue, but I just installed a fresh version of windows, and the game runs fine now.
FYI: I used settings -> recovery -> reset this PC -> get started -> downloaded a fresh version of windows.
I have yet to install all the drivers associated with my motherboard, but I think I'm going to pass for now unless I absolutely need to.
I have an ASUS Z370-E Gaming motherboard, and it comes with tons of drivers. Asus's software is *, so I'm afraid to install something unless I absolutely need to.

@Verta-Prophet I had the same issue back in Beta. It was fixed by deleting 'igo64.dll' file from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin

I get this error as well, briefly, on the loading screen with the ship, however, the game continues to load and I am able to play. But that red error code does appear in the upper right corner all the time. I know this doesn't help anyone, but just for information sake I guess.
