Vehicle Attachments Remaining Locked
Multiple weapon attachments are not being able to be selected because they are "locked", even though their requirements have been fulfilled.

This isn't a game file issue, as it has occurred on multiple PCs.
Below is an example of it. Nothing fixes this, so im assuming I need some developer/game mod to force unlock it? I am unsure. But I would appreciate guidance on how I proceed from here.
