Why is there 'Move', when 'Accelerate' was just fine before,..? It makes no sense. Move what? Move forward? Why would you move AND accelerate with two separate keys at the same time? Crazy idea. it worked JUST fine before in pervious games, there was absolutely no need to change it. "If it aint broke', don't fix it!".
So now, it's added an extra layer (one of many, I hasten to add) of complexity that has ruined the smooth gameplay from previous games and introduced headaches for gamers (such as camera movement woes and hard-coding actions into keys when there was no need to (assuming that's true)) and coders alike.
Not everyone plays with WSAD, I don't, never had, never will and won't be forced to by a massive game production company.
I use arrows in my gaming style, I shouldn't have to change because some numbskull decides on changes that really aren't necessary.
One word I can think for this decision to add complexity where it wasn't needed OR wanted: Idiotic.
Just got this game and my how glad I am I got it free with ssd as this movement issue on some vehicles is a joke, makes me feel sick with the panning camera when turning, did they let the office clown play with the control schemes as what a mess it is. Take it no one has found a fix for this issue yet then.
