Have to launch through Steam to be able to map buttons, doesn't work on Origin any more for some reason. I've tried multiple emulation software to get around this but no Dice ☹️

Even on Steam when you finally get to bind things, the B button cannot be properly bound because it also acts as a feature to EXIT the button mapping process. Meanwhile the shoulder buttons cannot be properly bound because they act as a feature to SHIFT MENU thus exiting the button mapping process.

I did not buy BF2042 from steam. But I turn on the Steam App to see if that would do anything, and it did not. It just tried it on Call of Duty and it works fine.
