@BattlefieldDICEr No I never suspend the game. I only use the internal storage. I also unplugged my elite 2 controller charging unit and made sure there were no other ports in use after seeing some people reporting having other things plugged in made the crashes quicker. I also tried using the standard Xbox series controller instead of the elite 2 after the reports of that was helping some. Nothing worked for me whatsoever.
However.. 2 days ago I finally uninstalled the game and gave myself an extra 60-80gbs (whatever it is) storage.
Not one game has crashed to the dashboard (luckily I never got full console shutdowns from bf2042 crashes like most).. and I feel so much happier. I bought the game a couple of months ago and I've probably had 5 full matches out of about 60 matches I've tried to play. Since the uninstall.. I've played and finished Halo Infinite at 4k 120fps, played around 20 multiplayer matches. Not a single problem. Guess it must be my hardware though.
I think the biggest disappointment for me though.. the lack of responding to tags on these posts, completely and repeatedly ignoring our cries for help. I've bought every battlefield game to date.. (only held out buying it until a couple of months ago because of the rocky start) but you've lost a long time veteran. I am honestly one hundred percent done with the franchise. There are so many other first person shooters and publishers that are doing a greater deal than you are. Thank you for the experiences you've brought to me in the past.. some of my best gaming memories ever.. it's just a shame it had to end this way.
Good luck to you all that are still going to pursue getting this fixed.
