1st shot freezes me, my shots don't do a **bleep** thing

This has become extremely frustrating. On the PS5, after I take the first shot I freeze I can't move. I can't fire back. I just wait for the other two shots to hit and die. Meanwhile, when I shoot someone they stand there, pick their nose and then shoot me dead. I got to say I had high hopes for battlefield 6 but it's turned out to be a piece of crap
