What I usually do is find good spot and trying to protect the way to the flag. I'm doing this always around teammates and every time is needed I heal them with defiblirator if they are under cover, or using smoke to drag them out of fire line. This tactic works for me. If we attacking I'm trying to do the same. I keep myself slight behind the attackers and keep rescuing them as much as I can. Also scanning the field for enemies and potential kill. But I've set in my mind that killing isn't my first job and I have different goals.
