A part of the Battle Pass rewards BFC was not issued.

Question

Hello guys，after purchasing the Season 1 Battle Pass，Im level91 now，according to the official reward track, a total of 900 BFC should be granted，but I received only 800 BFC now . I have not spent any BFC since the pass was activated, so the missing amount is 100 BFC.

Has anyone else encountered this kind of problem？？

I cant find a way to deal the problem in eahelp.com,please tell me what should i do, thanks

I've not had this issue myself so far, to my knowledge at least, but this should be something EA Help can give you a hand with.&nbsp;
If you scroll to the very end of the article below, there is a "Contact Us" button that will let you open a case. When I tried it just now it gave me the email option.&nbsp;

I also have this issue. I completed season 1 and should have 1100 coins but only have 800. I have contacted EA help 3 times but all they ever send are generic email replies
