Please, PLEASE, as a console player I ask you to plug in a controller and see for yourself. THERE IS NO AIM ASSIST! There is no snap-lock to target. There is no auto-tracking when players move. The only "assist" that is remotely noticeable is the reticle will SOMETIMES slow down near a target when ads. You know what I notice? PC players always at the top of the leader board with dozens of more kills than console players. Or how about EVERY SINGLE TIME I get beam, insta-killed by some slide-cancelling try hard sweat, IT'S A PC PLAYER! The speed at which you guys can switch between targets and control recoil is an unfair advantage in itself.

So....turn off crossplay and problem solved for you.
PC players should have the option to disable crossplay as well. I have been on more teams lately that have an uneven match up of console players than the other team by large margins. We always lose. The majority of those console players at the bottom of the board probably have similar issue like what you stated.
I have played Battlefield since BF1942 came out and have really loved every battlefield experience I've had... until now... being forced to play with console players is beginning to ruin the BF experience for this veteran of the game.

bruv is a weak old thread , and we do, you can disable crossplay on PC with single line in config file.

Or just using the command console. You don't even need to use the config file.
Though to be warned, it drastically increases wait times. I do it because I get a lot of inconsistencies with hitreg when playing with console players. Enough where it's frustrating. But turning off crossplay makes most of the gameplay feel right. Not all of it...there are times when wonky stuff still happens but for the most part I don't notice things like
- 4-5 bullet shots almost perfectly overlapped so it's loud and has an 'echo', then death when hitreg shows 1-3 shots on your side (damage log will show all the hits though)
- Instances where blood spatter indicates hitreg on your side and you've unloaded 10+ bullets that have connected at a short distance but they don't die.
- Dying behind cover (not to be confused with dying and FALLING behind cover which is normal and legit)
- Getting kills on people that didn't feel right. When you get them, you'll know and it'll be a "that felt totally wrong and not in the awesome kind of way" kind of like for a moment they turned into a bot and just derped into your bullets somehow.
BF6 feels a lot better and most of my complaints are minimized (SMGs feel more reasonable. Still too good but much more reasonable) when the instances that I mentioned above don't happen so often it's overshadowing the tight gameplay.
