I was wondering. I have a bad aim. I always over-aim and I am bad at tracking. I use mouse and keyboard. Why am I not allowed to have some help? Theoretical question. But not a weird one.

Generally this is a skill based tactical game, so you're not supposed to get help like that.
There are things you can do to improve your odds, like moving slower, pausing at corners, following your teammates etc. If you can get the jump on them(netcode issues aside), you can increase your chances.
Until they destroyed Portal, you could play against bots only and work on your skills. You could try the Casual Breakthrough, but it often has hardcorers in there farming the less skilled players trying to chill out a bit.
Unfortunately I don't think they'll ever have skill based matchmaking, so all lesser skilled players are just relegated to fodder for the top 5-10 players on both teams(the said they have team based matchmaking, though it's very poor).
I was playing about an hour ago and I no longer see the Casual Breakthrough mode.
I just logged into the game to check, it's right there the 4th choice in multiplayer [custom search, blackwell attack&defend, strikepoint, then casual breakthrough] on my screen. [PC, US]
