Am I banned by mistake?

What could be more definitive and decisive than perma? At worst, they can switch to a hardware ban if you want, and they're capable of doing that, especially if you've been cheating.

Do you by any chance have reWASD installed? I just got banned today and i assume that may be the reason. Simply having it installed not running I guess can still lead to this, I've been playing MnK since launch and still got banned. Unless having keys bound to your mouse is also flaggable. I have crouch/slide gadget 1 and 2 bound to my mouse.

I submitted a ticket and now is in "transferred" status, what makes me feel frustrated is that they didn't point out i am cheating but gameplay enhancement, which is bored and weird. Who knows them how to define "UNAUTHORIZED METHODS", misusing bugs or what, abusing the existing game mode what they expected ?

Yeah I'm even afraid of using 'yolomouse' on steam with the game for better mouse pointer enhancement...

dude these kind of stuffs should put you in probation, for aimbot and stuff like that should perma ban.

They are using AI to moderate the game. It's insane. 

I'm not expecting my ban to be lifted by creating this topic. I want to discuss if there is anyone else who has been falsely banned like me, and it appears like there is A LOT.
I also want to discuss the reason why EA won't really disclose the reason behind the ban if they are so certain of it.

Bro, I don't even know what "Game Enhancement" mean... I googled it, and it said things like removing objects (I guess like grass or something) that give you an advantage over others, which I remember that I only did my settings once when I first started playing, and that was it. I actually believe that my settings are set too high or something like that. If that's the case, then they should ban like thousands of people playing APEX with their potato graphics and stretched resolutions so they get an advantage over others...
