You'll need to appeal to EA's Terms of Service team I'm afraid. There isn't anyone here who can review or remove a ban.

  same case here IDK why i got banned its just a sudden permanent ban i never cheated as well this is my first time getting banned for more than 20 years of gaming i even bought 3 copies for me and my friends it's really frustrating
