Awful feeling this is going to flop

It’s hard to say for sure, we’ll have to wait for the full release. Overall the community’s response to the game so far seems quite positive.

PC can't optout of MM "Not putting up with two more years of horrible match making", no server browser, ineffective Anti-virus, new teams/dev's, no rental servers. You might be right.

The most awful feeling for me happened when they said they were going to listen to the Reddit crowd. I don't think they understand just how bad of an idea that is.

Depends... there is also a lot of good ideas.

I guess we'll find out in 16 days.

The problem isn't that there aren't any good ideas, it's the upvote system. It's a popularity contest where people are enticed to participate in superficial group-think. If a good idea is simple to grasp, it'll get upvotes. However, if a good idea is complex and requires nuance and isn't purely black-and-white, it'll get downvotes. Not just that, but people tend to become increasingly adamant about their position and will even feel like they need to attack the popular streamers and other users that espouse an opinion contrary to their own.

Agreed.  I played the open beta and from that experience I believe Battlefield 6 is going to be a wonderful game.

If you didn't play the open beta and if you haven't pre-ordered the game, I suggest you wait on the sidelines doing nothing until you are sure the game lives up to your high standards of perfection before spending a nickel of your money on Battlefield 6.

In the meantime, those of us who have actual Battlefield 6 gameplay experience will be playing the game when it goes live!

From my perspective, this is their LAST CHANCE.

If they screw this up, then that's it, I'm done. Which is a shame because I loved the days of BF BC2, BF3 and 4 etc. BF5 was okay too, but BF2042 - Nope.

They have been making BF games for long enough now, and yet somehow they do not learn from past mistakes. Not only this, but, they flip us all off by making stupid mistakes and end up nerfing weapons for years, just look at 2042 as an example.

And MAPS, good grief, the amount we got in 2042 was just pathetic.
