[Ban Appeal] Battlefield 6 - Wrongfully Banned Account

On July 12th, I finished my latest session of Battlefield 6, and it wasn’t until I logged in again this afternoon that I found my account had been banned. The reason given was using a game booster.

I’ve played for 140 hours. I have never used any cheats, hacks, mods, or any third-party software that might violate EA's terms of service. I’ve already submitted an appeal through the EA Help Center, but I would really appreciate it if the anti-cheat team could manually review this case.

Some people might say I deserve a ban for cheating, but I want to say that I really value my account. Every gun, every attachment, every battle pass reward reflects my hard work. I enjoy the fun of unlocking achievements step by step and only hope the anti-cheat team can review my account again. If I had really cheated, I wouldn’t have gone to the trouble of posting here to get attention.

I sincerely hope the anti-cheat team can review my account again and get back to me as soon as possible. My Battlefield 6 user ID is acid_ly03.

  • Hi Acid,

I genuinely hope you're a legitimate player and here to enjoy Battlefield 6 fairly. EA has made it clear that they're taking cheating very seriously, and the anti-cheat system is much stricter than in previous titles.

Just a friendly heads-up: even third-party applications, such as CrosshairX or other overlays that could provide an unfair advantage, may be detected or investigated by the anti-cheat system. If the system determines that a player has violated the rules, they can receive an in-game warning or notification, and in more serious cases, a suspension or permanent ban.

At the end of the day, I hope everyone plays fairly so the Battlefield community can grow around skill, teamwork, and honest competition. That's the experience we all want to see in BF6.

Wow wait, what source? They take cheaters seriously, I don't think so..... People are allowed to fly through the map, people are allowed to blast through walls. Sent a report and got an email back within 15 minutes saying they hadn't taken any action against the player, so they aren't doing anything about it. They'd rather let people go so they at least still have a player base :) Until you say something in the chat about that cheater, then they can issue warnings very quickly!!!! I won't stand behind EA too much, because they aren't exactly scoring that many good points right now, along with DICE. They also do nothing about people with tools to commit ping abuse on the servers; if you use a VPN tool to do that once, you get kicked for a ping that's too high, but those Chinese guys are allowed to walk around with 170+ ping on the server. So, that they keep track of things properly regarding anti-cheat? No, unfortunately not.

Thanks for your patient reply. As you said, a good gaming community requires everyone's effort. I don't know the exact reason why I was banned this time, so I hope to find an answer in the community, and I also hope the anti-cheat team can handle my appeal quickly. Thanks again for your help!

  • Battlefield 6 operates under the global EA User Agreement. Key terms stipulate that you do not own the game but are granted a limited license to play it, EA can enforce temporary or permanent bans for toxic behavior, cheating, or using prohibited third-party content in custom modes, and you must maintain an active internet connection and EA account to play.

This is what EA says about your ban. They own the game. We dont. Ive played many online games and have seen gamemasters watching us. Mostly in mmo games. But whos to say a BF6 official wasnt in your game and you was toxic or they felt you were toxic to other players. Bannable offense.

People dont understand that Logitech G Hub, Razor Synapse, Corsair and many of these 3rd party softwares are bannable offenses when players use them to enhance their gameplay.

Theres some trolls here that will challenge this. But the top paragraph is off EAs own site under the Terms of Service.

Show us your gamer stats ?

Dont worry a few cheaters come in here and cry that they have been harshly treated but they never show stats.

Maybe you'll only believe it when these things happen to you one day.If I were cheating, I should be hiding in the sewers like a mouse, not attracting attention here.
