There are several other games that do it. It's usually a timing penalty. If you leave before the game is over, you are assessed a penalty to join the next game and I believe its even progressive with Destiny Crucible. Problem is Battlefield is so glitchy that true fans of the game ar we leaving and there aren't enough players so they have to offer it for free. They need to fix the game, period.

Agree with the OP. Quitter should be penalized somehow. Maybe by taking away the XP they earned during the round.

The day any Battlefield mode or game gets a 'leavers penalty' will be the end of Battlefield. The game doesn't even have a rejoin previous server option.
