Yep, 2 Twitch campaigns and real cash spent on subs - no rewards, no help and almost impossible to reach any customer service.
Frustrated and annoyed does not begin to describe things.
Assume nobody bothered to check what happens when you own the game on Steam, but have both a Steam and EA account linked to Twitch.
