Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition I bought it, but it's like I didn't.

I'm very disappointed to encounter this problem in a game I was playing for fun while on leave from work. I only noticed the problem after 3 months, so EA Play couldn't help me, but the issue persists. In the Turkish panel, it shows I have the standard version, but when I switch to the English panel, I still own the game, but the purchase option appears. I don't understand why this can't be resolved.
