BF Portal - Add Legacy Custom Filter options

Portal/Server Browser could use a few Legacy Features to improve searching for specific matches depending on the mood.

• Add ability to save filter settings (IE Region, Maps, Rules, Modifiers, etc.)
• Add ability to swap Between Custom filters
  • Example:
    • Filter 1 (NA Region, Official, Conquest, Escalation, any map )
    • Filter 2 (Any Region, Custom modes, Fit party, etc.)

To add other QOL

• Ability to favorite experiences and host a copy of it (Including the Experience Code to host or find a existing match)
• Add fast sort of Player count and Ping below host button (Like Legacy Server Browser)
• Reveal how many Human and AI players are on a server (Not sure if possible knowing the history of player count spoofing in a server)
