I same for me .. this will be the 1st and Last Battle Pass I will play taking out bots/custom games and not being able to make my own is a bummer it feels like a lie .. maybe it will get better but time can tell well am out.

To clarify, you can still solo start and play against bots in custom games; it just doesn't give you challenge and weapon mastery unlocks. But what in the world does 'not being able to make my own' mean? You absolutely can. Everyone can.
For example: Solo start conquest with 47 bots: ZH6YV
