Bf6 Console vs PC

Well I am a PC player and have a completely different story. Im level 45 and using a level 12 gun that cant hit kill or do anything. I go 3-4 matches at a time with Zero Kills. I aim, shoot, hit someone 3-4 times, they laugh return fire and I die. I cannot level my gun up because I cannot kill anything so Im kind of screwed unless i play casual breakthrough - where I have a chance to  kill a bot now and again at half the exp rate. I should have just named myself Head Shot Dummy as Im target practice for anyone that joins a game IM in .. is it possible to start a new character completely over ??? Like Level 1 - so I can choose a gun and stay with it ???

I have both  ps5  and pc  versions  the aim assist  on console  is too good it's actually  an advantage to  play on console  no lie  indo better  on ps5  than pc but if you use a controller  on  Pc it doesn't  give you the same  level of  aim assist  as the  console  using  a controller  o. Pc doesn't  even  the odds

Comical.  Aim assist for controller guys is still way too overpowered.  Ahh of course there will be those that say it does nothing (which honestly at this point people are so use to it they probably can't tell) However, if that's the case then why was it made? (obvious reasons).  I too come from the early days of gaming (dial up, Kali, etc.), the days where Aim Assist was not even an option, nor were Cronus Zen controllers and the like.  I like the fact that the cross play offers up a substantial amount of additional players to play with, but in terms of playing against a skilled player vs. someone having that computer assisted edge pretty much negates any of that benefit.  So ultimately, I am in agreeance with at least cross play is not all it's cooked up to be, but for a completely opposite reason/take. 

Having played the franchise on both PC and console I feel PC is better at longer ranges and tracking targets at med/longer rangers, but the aim assist massively helps console at closer rangers as it noticeably snaps you on target. Swings and roundabouts I guess.

This also happens to me and even when I am not on the same level as the player I am shooting at LOL. They spin around, aim a floor above and its like a one-shot kill. I think this is becoming more common with the player base reducing. We didn't notice the cheaters before but now there can be multiple cheaters in the same game. It's insane. 

BF has never been, is not, and will never be a game for console players. If you're a veteran saying this, I'm Batman. But since this isn't BF but COD 2, I can understand...

I hold my own against pc players but my only gripe is the matches gets easily one sided if one team has more console players vs a team of mostly PC. A great console player still wouldn't be better than a great PC player bc pc has more advantages that outweigh the advantages console has, but it is what it is man. I switch between crossplay on and off depending on how matchmaking is going. Some days I have more close and fair games with crossplay off and somedays im always on the bad team, vice versa with crossplay on.
