I'm not sure EA or DICE listen or care what the players think, you never see any replies here to specific questions. Having totally lied about the Portal mode pre sale. If you check today all Portal lobbies to search all have 0 players, not surprising when you need another 19 players to join you??? This was deliberate to crush this mode to force us all to play their game modes only, which are getting boring already. There is a lot of noise in this forum about the lack of Portal availability and for good reason - so why have not done anything about it? It would be a massive win right now to just add a full PVE mode, with all maps and XP available. Maybe then the players that have walked away - May come back. Check out the recent player % scores for this game, it has been dropping off a cliff this month and remains on a downward path.
