There is nothing much to do except report the suspected hackers, everything else will be handled by the EA ToS team.

Sure you didn't, you just got the wrong ones and got caught lol.
Plathor sure champ i was just like you i hate cheaters as you do but until you get a false positive then you will know how it feels like when you get 0 review from the support and only automated messages i hope u get some of that too.
