Maybe I'm wrong on this but wouldn't invisible NPC's resolve a lot of issues with cheaters?
Legit players would never see these invisible NPC's and wouldn't engage. A person using a cheat would have their cheat trying to kill the invisible NPC...giving the legit player at least somewhat of a chance against the cheater. They could add 20 or so NPC's to each side without causing much of an issue with netcode (at least I don't believe there would be an issue) because there would be no need to actually graphically draw the NPC. Then, you could also make them AI so they could record anyone trying to purposely kill them (which would be an indicator of someone running a cheat). The AI could determine whether a shot was incidental or purposeful based on how many shots were fired at it (which I would think you'd want in order to prevent false positives). Then, the player cheating could be banned.
Might be wishful thinking on my part but it would sure beat the non-replies from EA/Dice for the reports we send in.

There is either CRAZY cheating, or the netcode is complete CRAP.
Third possibilty is manipulation, like we have it in CoD. - C4Hore29 days agoRising Ace
We need to be able to run our own servers so we can setup severs like we could in BF3 PERIOD!!!!

You are lucky. I have only seen 2 obvious rage cheaters (last one in red sec wiped half the quads server - 96 kd ratio and 83% HS ratio across all guns) but undoubtedly quite a few other players cheat. It isn’t every game, it isn’t every week, but there are cheats.

Most of EAs customer facing contact is nothing but cheap Ai. Have sadly had to deal with it in the past. It is garbage.

I don't think China gives a **bleep** about that law (if it even exists) Living in the Asia region, if you join a REDSEC game, 8/10 times during peak hours, there are Chinese cheat sellers that join and spam the chat lobby with links to their cheat websites and then either leave when the game starts or join using their cheats and wipe the floor with all the other players. Got videos of it as proof!

Wow what a BS response from someone who cheats....

In countries like Japan, South Korea, and even China, have laws in place that make it a felony to make and distribute cheat software, as it takes away money from the companies because people leave due to cheating...they better hope the US doesn't do this... so many people would be in jail...

iv filed countless claims and they are all closed immediately without investigation all by EA's AI team. there are no real people working, its all AI computer system. Take notice they dont allow you to give a explanation of what the cheater /s did to be considered cheating proving the report system is useless.
