Clarification on Software and Peripherals

I think the community needs some clarification and guidance on what is allowed because I see a lot of claims that javelin is bannng perople for controllers or overlays and then EA is not doing anything about it.  That is wildly unacceptable for paying customers of a marketed product.  So here are my questions and I woud like an official response from EA please.

Anyone else pelase add to the list as this only covers what I personally use on my PC.

Are we or are we not as PC players allowed to use a joystick or a controller to be connected for flying?

Is Logitech GHUB software whitelisted?

NVIDIA APP overlay/game filters  allowed or no? I use a vibrance filter to lighten up the screen because staring at a screen that is too dark for too long gives me headaches. 

Steam overlay allowed or no? 

Thins like ASUS GPU Tweak or Intel Extreme Tuning utility allowed or not allowed?

I got a message last night forcing me to enable Steam overlay and once I did my account was disabled for 7 days and I have yet to receive any knid of response.  I need to be sure that this won't happen again because Javelin is falsley flagging some legit software I am using in the background. I think others would like this peace of mind as well.
