absolutely is I popped 3 headshots while mounted with an LMG today in the center of a guys face and still lost the fight with an SMG. The guy was about 90-100 meters away. That to me is insane I should have hollowed his head out. It should take no more than 2 headshots with any weapon. It seems they went way too far the other direction for TTK.
