Death to Kill ratio

So Im horrible at this game I admit that. I play Assault  Class and nothing else.

I have 692 Kills and 3610 Deaths over 180 hours at level 80 and Ive maxxed all the Guns Ive tried to at least the WArbringer Version .

Somethings Wrong Here. Not even possible to be that bad, the game feels so fast I cannot even see people and I get head shot whenever I play Conquest or Breakthrough. The ONLY chance I have is on Casual Breakthrough, but even then they have the Bots ramped up so much since the last patch I might get 15 Kills a match. 

I watch Youtube videos and see people just trucking games, and in the games I join people getting 100s of kills a map. And I get 5 ... Im on PC which is supposed to be the best platform and my Rig is top notch so no issues with the game at all. Am I Over the HIll and just need to retire ?  Its so frsutrating I really dont enjoy public games..
