I wouldn't bank on it, many anti-cheats are incompatible with Linux as an OS. I hope that it gets resolved so that there's a wider range of folks possible to play on their steam decks (for Battlefield, but other games like FallGuys, etc) but until the population is big enough that it can't be ignored I don't see it happening, unfortunately.
