EA Play Launch Day Issues - should I have got some XP Boosts?

Hi

I understand that if you spent launch day trying to load from your EA app, as I did, EA are giving EA Play members a free season pass (season 2 if you already have season 1 as I do) and a bunch of XP boosts. JackFrags got 15 of each I think? I've got nothing? Is anyone going to take any notice if come season 2 I complain that I was supposed to get a free pass? Anyone know how to ask for this... this forum used to have thread for things like this, but its all closed up and more opaque than it used to be.
