I Run a community of great electrifying battlefield Veterans. Im talking players who've played battlefield since bad company. The majority agrees the slide should be nerfed or thrown out. The nerfing we're asking for is severe inaccuracy penalties when immediately ADSing after sliding or while sliding and not allowing the jumping to be spammed. Regarding slide and jumps, the team has made adjustments and will continue to monitor how it feels in live gameplay.
- 1.0.1.0: Movement is refined with reduced slide-to-jump momentum, lowered jump height, and increased inaccuracy when firing while airborne or sliding.
- 1.2.1.0: Adjusted the acceleration curve of slide and jumps to better account for the player's speed when entering a slide or a jump.
For your point about not allowing jumping to be spammed, could you elaborate a bit more on why you feel jumping is being spammed in matches?
