EC:10901

I'm seeing on Reddit posts and even some here that many others, like myself, have wrongfully received these error codes. Mine also came with a suspension for hate speech to which I appealed because I don't even use game chat. That suspension ended multiple days ago, and I've still not heard anything back. Has anyone had any luck hearing from EA about this issue? Pretty annoying to spend $70 on something just to not be able to play it a week later.
