Error code: EC:10901 (PC)

   Hello and good afternoon EA team. When the battlefield six open beta first dropped, I was able to play with no problem all through beta till weekend one. When weekend two came along I was greeted to a “Error code” message. When I saw this message, I thought maybe it could’ve been false because I had an another game opened in my tab called (modded) GTA 5. I’m not sure what triggered this message however my Case #220309305.  The case has been open now for two weeks with no response to the ticket/email and im getting concerned. I really hope this ban doesn’t carry over to the full version when it releases. I have no priors on my record. Please help
