I've yet to meet a blatant cheater in this game.
But you have met non blatant cheaters which makes sense because the game isn't cheap, and rage hacking is an easy ban. So anyone that is cheating is stealth/closet cheating. Meaning there are no blatant cheaters,but there are still plenty of cheaters, contrary to your implication only good players would notice the cheaters.
Its cute you assume you're a good player while screeching that cheating is constantly happening lol. I'd bet only 1 out of 100 games you play has a cheater in it. Most people just see someone do well in a match and just assume that person is cheating without any context involved like how most of the time high kill counts are just people in tanks/choppers.
