For the banned and nothing in “Penalty History”

I have been going up and down the internet past 2 days to get some answers/resolution. Final answer: just wait till tomorrow (a business day) when EA wants to work instead of working on launch weekend.


There is a never ending loop in the “EA Help support options” section that takes you to “Penalty History” that has no penalties, but you click on “appeal, you can use this web form” and takes you back to the options page. I finally was able to get to chat with someone, after going through explaining the above about 3 time, it concluded with them saying:

“ I have the information needed and have escalated the case up the team,  I will submit this information as soon as we are done with our contact here and after that, one of our team will be contacting you on your email after removing the sanction from your account”

Very frustrating and should have just waited a week or 2 before trying/buying the game, as I should’ve known from Battlefield 2042!

    There are several of us with the same problem. In my case, I only managed to play 90 minutes yesterday. Today, after 3 different chats, I managed to get the case referred for review. They indicated that they would inform me via email. I hope to have a solution.
