Game won't open after new update.
I have just under 50 hours logged since the game came out. Everything was running fine, and my system is more than capable of running this game. Ever since the new update whenever I try to launch from steam it doesn't work. It brings up the splash screen or splash art in the beginning but soon after closes with no error codes and no reasoning. I am at my wits end. I feel like I have tried absolutely every solution I've seen online but can't get it to work. I can't even refund my 100 dollars because of how many hours I have logged. Now I just have a useless 100-dollar game sitting in my steam library. Kind of absurd. Everything about the game is great besides the miles of hoops EA wants you to jump through just to play.
I noticed in the javelin anti cheat launcher that bf6 wasn't even listed. I uninstalled the launcher and redownloaded it. At this point bf6 did reappear and I just had to reinstall that anticheat for it from within the javelin launcher. I hope this helps because I have been troubleshooting for hours and just got it to work.
