How does your enforcement team truly work?

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to report this and bring it to our attention. We take any behavior involving threats, harassment, or intimidation extremely seriously, and there is absolutely zero place for that kind of conduct in our games or community.

Please note that I had to edit your post to remove the screenshot you shared. While I completely understand you included it as proof of what happened, our forum guidelines strictly prohibit naming and shaming or sharing Gamertags publicly to protect everyone's privacy and safety on the boards.

Although the forums are not the place to report this type of behavior, I am making sure this is escalated and reviewed once again by our team due to the severity of the threats being made. Moving forward, please continue to use the official in-game reporting tools whenever you encounter situations like this. While privacy policies prevent our enforcement teams from disclosing specific sanctions or actions taken against another player's account, those reports are actively logged and investigated.
