How report moderator on Steam? Or should it be done through the courts?

So it's been month they didn't respond for what was ban and why there was no warnings if it's somehow violet rules. On screenshot u can see, that reason of ban is blank. Should i go to court, since...

If you haven't suffered thousands of dollars worth of damages because they banned you from a private Internet chat group, nobody is going to care.

So, they can ban everyone who the don't like without reason?
And they won't receive any punishment for abusing their status?
I thought there shouldn't be any politics here, but they can abuse their status because of their political beliefs, doesn't that ruin EA's reputation?
How can you reach the top if not through the courts?
