How the hell do i turn off narrator in bf6

It's literally unplayable with the narrator talking over everything i scroll over how hell do i switch it off ? its giving me sensory overload - do ea think people cannot read? its annoying as hell...

My problem is that I've turned this thing off a dozen times and it keeps turning itself back on. It's driving me insane.
