Yeah, I already decided to just not focus on challenges. They are bugged and way too grindy. I don't understand why Dice has to micro-manage the progression system like this. The one exp bar for what you are using during a match should lead to the unlocks for gadgets, weapons, and vehicles, full stop. All the skins, badges etc. fine make them annoying if they must.
