is it OBS safe to use?

i got banned and un-banned 6 days after i have no idea what triggered the false positive but im afraid of using OBS. NVIDIA APP doesn't work for me and also it does screws my SSD endurance because it doesn't use RAM for replay buffer.

May a Mod Answer me if OBS is safe to use?
