Lack of "purchase issue" compensation

Hello everyone!

Like many others, I'm experiencing a purchase issue with the Star Wars game. I pre-ordered it from EA App. The game was also pre-loaded in advance, and at the game's launch on October 10th, I, like a huge number of players, was unable to access multiplayer due to a purchase issue error. For a month, I contacted EA support and provided my data for verification, since EA promised players like me compensation in the form of boosters and a pass to Season 1. Live chat operators verified the information and assured me that compensation was already on its way to me, since I was indeed affected by the problem and was entitled to the promised compensation.Over the course of three weeks, I observed patterns in responses where I shouldn't worry.

Today, everything changed. There are still no boosters or season access in the game, so I contacted support. They told me the case was closed and they couldn't do anything, not even escalate the matter to the main support managers.

Essentially, I'm affected by the problem; I was deceived and given no compensation, even though I've been a loyal EA customer for 20 years and specifically pre-ordered the game from EA App Store so that all the profits would go to them and not Steam, and I experienced a ton of problems at the start of the game.

I would like to get an answer from the responsible support managers as to why they allow such a disregardful attitude towards their company's regular customers.
